Baby Brezza makes appliances that simplify night feeds and formula prep – a clear pain point for new parents. They had product-market fit, but under-leveraged owned channels and subscription mechanics.

 

Previous activity lacked an orchestrated approach between search and social, and subscription packaging was not optimised for parental purchase patterns.

Search capture: prioritise Google Shopping & Search for high-intent queries.

 

Social education: Meta TOF creative to demonstrate product benefit and simplify decision-making.

 

Subscription-first UX & bundles: surface bundles on PDPs and in BOF creatives; offer first-box incentives and strong onboarding emails/SMS to reduce churn.

 

Measurement & LTV: server-side subscription events and a blended ROAS + cohort LTV dashboard to guide bidding and creative priorities.

Creative strategy — hooks, formats, and hold metrics

  • Hooks: “Make a bottle in seconds — more sleep for parents.”

  • Formats: 6–10s vertical demos for TOF, 15–30s testimonial/demo for MOF, 45–60s walkthroughs for BOF and Shopping assets that show bundle savings.

  • Hold metrics: 3s VTR ≥ 55% target; 15s completion ≥ 30% on hero assets. We measured creative effect on subscription opt-in rates.

How emmersion embedded with the client

 

emmersion led the creative sprint, optimised the feed for bundles, and co-built the subscription onboarding flows. We ran weekly LTV & revenue reviews with the client to guide media allocation.

Performance guarantee

 

If blended ROAS and CPA targets were not achieved with agreed feed, creative set and media budgets, emmersion would credit the variable performance fee or continue optimisation per the SOW.
